Skirt: 15 (16-17) blue 

No. 2 29” circular knitting needles.

No. 2 steel crochet hook

1 yd. 1“ and 1 yd. 3” grosgrain ribbon

7 buttons, 1 buckle, 1 yd. 1/2“ elastic

1 pair of shoulder pads
