Pattern Description

Three crocheted basket patterns worked with double straw. The first is a ribbed basket open on top with handles.  The second basket has a cluster texture weave, handles and a top.  Finally, the third basket has the classic beach stripe with wide handles.

 Hiawatha Belastraw Art. 35, 6 tubes.  Hiawatha Bag Base Insert 6221, 2-3/4" x 10-1/2". No. 00 steel crochet hook.

Textured Basket
 Hiawatha Belastraw Art. 35, 7 tubes. No. 0 steel crochet hook.  Material for lining.  Buckram for interlining.

Striped Basket 
 Hiawatha Belastraw Art. 35, 7 tubes each of 2 contrasting colors. No. 00 steel crochet hook.  1/2 yd. 40" wide lining.  Buckram for interlining.
