Please note that we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on digital or paper patterns. We encourage you to read each item description carefully before purchasing.

Digital Purchase Policy

All digital sales are final. Because files can’t be returned, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds.

Refunds are not available if:
• The item description wasn’t read carefully.
• A pattern is beyond the customer’s skill level. (If unsure, please ask—we’re happy to advise.)

Exceptions:
• Refunds are issued only for accidental duplicate purchases.
• Exchanges are available if the wrong size was purchased.
